What the subscription includes
Everything it takes to keep a website alive, without a separate invoice for each thing.
A website built from scratch
A custom design, copy written for your customers, basic SEO and an admin panel. It is not a bought theme.
Hosting and domain
A fast server, an SSL certificate and the .ro domain. The domain is registered in your name.
Updates and security
We keep everything under the hood up to date and fix problems before your customers see them.
Daily backups
A copy every day, stored somewhere other than the server. If something breaks, we are back up quickly.
Changes every month
Copy, prices, photos, a new section. Up to 2 hours a month for a website, 4 for a shop. You ask for them from your account.
A short report
Monthly, in plain language: how many people visited, where they came from, what we did.

Fixed price or subscription, honestly
The same website, two ways to pay for it. Neither is better than the other, it depends on what suits you.

Questions about the subscription
Who owns the website?
The domain, copy, photos and data are always yours, and you get them whenever you ask. You use the code and the design for as long as you subscribe. If you want to leave with the whole website, you can buy it out: the project’s fixed price minus half of what you have already paid in subscription.
What happens after the 12 months?
The subscription continues monthly, on the same terms. You can stop it at any time from your account, with one month’s notice. If you want to keep the website, you can buy it out.
What counts as “2 hours of changes”?
Changes to the existing website: copy, prices, photos, opening hours, a new section on a page, one extra simple page. Unused hours do not carry over from one month to the next. You ask for them from your account, under “Changes”.
And if I want something big?
A shop instead of a website, a new language, online booking: we quote those separately, as with the fixed price, and tell you the price before we start.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly and automatically, through Stripe. We do not store your card details. You find the invoices in your account, and you change the card from there too.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The prices on the site are final, no VAT is added on top. You see the exact price in the quote, before you sign anything.
Do campaign discounts apply?
Yes. If you start the subscription while a campaign is running, the discount stays for the first 12 months.
Can I switch from a subscription to a fixed price?
Yes, by buying it out, at any time. And the other way round: if we built your website at a fixed price, we can move its maintenance onto a subscription.
