Our services
The site presents the services we offer: websites, online stores, mobile apps, custom software, maintenance and SEO. We do not sell anything directly from the site. Each project starts with a written quote and is carried out under an individual contract, which sets out what we deliver, the price, the timeline, the warranty and the rights over the code. If anything in the contract differs from what the site says, the contract prevails.
Prices on the site
The prices shown are a guide, in euro and excluding VAT. They show where a project usually starts and are not a binding offer. You get the final price in writing, in the quote for your project.
The estimate form
Sending us a request places no obligation on you, and it does not oblige us to accept the project. We only commit to replying. How we use the data you send is described in the privacy policy.
Site content
The text, design, code and graphics of the site belong to us, except for screenshots and names of client projects, which belong to those clients and are shown as examples of our work. You may quote short passages with a link to the source. For any other use, ask us first.
Blog articles are for information. We write them carefully, but they do not replace advice from a specialist for your specific situation, especially on legal or tax matters.
Links to other sites
The site links to our clients’ projects and to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will work without interruption or that the information will always be up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from using the information on the site. Liability for delivered projects is set out in each project’s contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement by talking. If that fails, the courts of Romania have jurisdiction.
