The price grows with the number of integrations and with how special your selling rules are. You get the fixed quote in writing before you pay anything.
What an online store really costs
The build price is only part of it. So there are no surprises, here are all the first-year costs of an online store in Romania.
- Building the store. With us, from €1,999, paid once, in two halves, or from €199 a month on subscription.
- The payment processor. Netopia, Stripe or your bank take a fee on each card payment. You agree it with them directly, and we add nothing on top.
- The courier. You set the per-parcel rate with Sameday, FAN Courier or Cargus. The more you ship, the better the deal.
- Invoicing. A SmartBill or Oblio subscription, usually a few euro a month.
- Hosting and domain. A good server for a small or medium store starts at a few dozen euro a month. A .ro domain costs around €10 a year.
- Maintenance, if you want it. From €79/month, with updates, backups and small changes.
What you do not pay with us: a commission on sales, plugin licences renewed every year or a subscription to “our platform”. The store is yours.

Questions about online stores
How much does an online store cost?
With us it starts at €1,999, VAT included. A store with many integrations, business prices or several languages costs more. The pricing page shows what drives the cost.
Which payment processor do you use?
Netopia and Stripe are the most common. We can also integrate your bank’s gateway, if it has a developer interface. You sign the contract with the processor yourself, in your company’s name.
Does it connect to e-Factura?
Yes, through SmartBill or Oblio, or directly, depending on the case. Invoices for business customers reach e-Factura, Romania’s mandatory e-invoicing system, without you typing them in by hand.
Can you help with the legal side?
We help with the structure of the required pages: terms, returns, privacy, cookies, and the ANPC and EU dispute resolution links. We are not lawyers, so we recommend having the final text checked by one.
Can I move my products from my current store?
Yes. We import products, categories and photos from WooCommerce, Shopify or an Excel file. Customers and past orders can move too, depending on the case.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. You pay for the store once and, if you like, a maintenance plan. We take nothing from your sales.
