Maintenance and SEO plans can be stopped at any time with one month’s notice. The website subscription has a 12-month minimum, because it includes building the site.
What makes a project cost more or less
Two “company websites” can have very different prices. Here is why.
How many pages, and how many kinds
Ten pages that look alike cost less than five completely different ones.
How many languages
Each language means its own copy, checks and SEO. A second language usually adds 15-25% to the price.
Integrations
Payments, couriers, invoicing, CRM, accounting software. Each integration is separate work.
Who writes the copy
If we write it, it is included. If you already have good copy, the price drops a little.
Accounts and roles
A site only you manage is simpler than one with clients, staff and different permissions.
The deadline
If you need something tomorrow, it is sometimes possible, but it costs more. On a normal timeline, the price is the one in the quote.
What is always included, and what is not
In every project
- Copy written by us, for your customers, not for Google

- An admin panel where you edit the content yourself
- A 12-month warranty: anything that does not work as promised, we fix for free

What you pay for separately
- Domain and hosting (usually €60-200 a year)
- Paid licences, if the project needs them
- Professional photography or commissioned illustrations
- Paid ad campaigns (for now we do not run them for clients)
- New features that come up after we sign the quote
How you pay
Simple and predictable. You pay nothing until you have the fixed quote in writing.
For mobile apps, the second half is due when the app is ready and handed over to you for publishing, not after approval on the App Store and Google Play. The developer account is yours, and approval depends on Apple and Google. For large projects (over €10,000) we can split payment into more stages.

Questions about money
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes. The prices on the site are final, no VAT is added on top. You see the exact price in the quote, before you sign anything.
Why does it not cost €300, like elsewhere?
A €300 website is usually a bought WordPress theme with your text dropped in. That can be a good choice if you only need an online business card. We build the site from scratch, with copy, SEO and speed included, so it brings in enquiries. The web design page explains the difference in more detail.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in two ways. With a fixed price, payment is split into stages and you pay nothing in advance; for large projects, into more stages. Or choose the website subscription: you pay monthly, from €99, with hosting, updates and small changes included.
Can the price in the quote change?
Not unless what we build changes. If you want something extra along the way, we tell you what it costs before we build it, and you decide.
Do you invoice in lei or euro?
Prices are calculated in euro. You get the invoice in the currency agreed in the contract, at the exchange rate on the invoice date.
What does it cost after launch?
For the first 12 months, fixes are included. You only pay for the domain and hosting. If you want us to handle updates, backups and SEO, plans start at €79 a month. It is not required.
Can I get a price without a call?
Yes, a range. Fill in the estimate form and we reply within one working day. For a fixed price we need a short call, so we do not promise you something you do not need.
