How we take over a site someone else built
We often get the same call: “The person who built our site has stopped answering.” It is not your fault and it is not a disaster. Here is what we do.
- We recover access. The domain, hosting, code and admin panel. If they are not in your name, we help you move them.
- We take a full backup before touching anything else.
- We fix what is urgent: the SSL certificate, visible errors, forms that do not send, outdated PHP versions.
- We tell you honestly what state the site is in and what we recommend: monthly maintenance, a few one-off fixes or, if it is not worth it, a new site.

Questions about maintenance and SEO
Do I really need maintenance?
If your site brings in customers, yes. Servers, browsers and plugins change all the time, and a site left alone for a few years ends up slow, vulnerable or simply broken. Maintenance costs less than an emergency repair.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You pay monthly and can cancel with one month’s notice. If you leave, you get every login and all the backups.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No, and promising that would not help you. We guarantee the work: a fast, technically sound site, good pages for what your customers search for, and an honest monthly report on what has changed.
What does the €199 technical SEO audit cover?
We check mobile speed, Google indexing, page structure, titles, errors and redirects. You get a report with the problems ranked by impact and a 90-day plan you can carry out with us or anyone else.
My site runs on WordPress. Will you take it on?
Yes. We bring it up to date, back it up and secure it. If it is too broken to be worth fixing, we will say so honestly and show you what a new site would cost.
How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
On working days, usually the same day. If the site is down, we drop everything else and deal with it.
