Data Deletion Request

At Casîr Agency, we respect our users' right to control their personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated information, please follow the steps below.

1. Automatic Deletion from the Platform

To delete your account directly from the platform:

• Log in to your account on casir.agency. (coming soon)

• Go to the Profile → Edit Profile section.

• Select the option Delete My Account and confirm the action.

2. Deletion by Official Request

If you are unable to delete your account automatically, you can request its deletion via email:

• Send an email to [email protected].

• The subject of the email should be: Account Deletion Request.

• Include your email address and username in the message.

We will respond to your request within 7 business days.

3. What Happens After Deletion?

Once your account is deleted:

• All your personal data will be permanently removed.

• You will no longer have access to your account or associated listings.

• Any data required for billing or legal compliance will be retained according to applicable laws.
